 The
vacation house is a fully furnished
Louisiana Acadian style construction
located on 1 acre of fenced bayou woodland
within a fenced 10 acre estate including
the Garden Bed and Breakfast and the
main house of your hosts Bonnie and
Paul Taliancich.
Front
and back covered porches sweep across
the entire Acadian. Views of the ancient
live oaks, pines, old growth forest,
birds, and wildlife are unique and magnificent.
Tranquility and serenity reign.
 The
Acadian has a large great room (with
a 2 story ceiling) across the back of
the house, with kitchen, dinning, living
room with cozy fireplace, cable TV,
ceiling fans, and a garage.
Downstairs
has 2 bedroom suites each with full
bath. The bedrooms are separated by
a wide hall. Upstairs contains a 1 bedroom
suite with one full bath and a study.
Views
from the great room through large glass
windows and doors bring the serene woodland
inside. The covered porches have comfortable
garden furniture for relaxing, listening
to bird song, and observing birds and
wildlife. Nature trails meander through
the wooded area.

Cottage Room Rates:
Single
room rates:
$95 to $135 per night * (1-2 persons)
Double room rates:
$180 to $250 per night * (3-4 persons)
Triple room rates:
$265 to $350 per night* (5-6 persons)
*Rates
depend upon the day of the week, holiday
season, special events, and the length
of stay. Minimum stays may be required
during Special Events such as Sugar
Bowl, Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest.

House and 3 bedrooms at the Garden Guest
House Bed and Breakfast (No fried foods
or boiled seafood allowed; there are
many restaurants within five minutes
of the Acadian.)
